 Rexnord® Premium Service beverage line survey & online data processing Rexnord® Premium Service Many customers use Rexnord TableTop® and MatTop® products and are interested in increasing chain life and determining when to replace chains. Rexnord Premium Service provides our customers with the identification of all Rexnord products on each conveyor, including the quantity and condition of each chain, belt, sprocket or curve. The benefit of this service is to be able to do preventive maintenance, reduce chain replacement cost and have the correct items and quantities in stock in case of emergency break-downs.
Plant survey to identify Rexnord Conveyor Components The initial survey includes identification of all Rexnord conveyor chains & accessories (sprockets, idlers & corner tracks) and the installed quantity on each conveyor. All information is linked to the conveyor motor number which is used as the location reference on your line.
Wear status check-up During the plant survey, the wear status of all Rexnord components (chains, belts, sprockets, idlers, curves) is checked. Again all information is linked to the conveyor motor number which is used as the location reference on your line.
Report made available online Rexnord Premium Service makes use of online data processing. All product types, quantities and descriptions are made available online which enables you to get access to the line status from any location. All data is stored on a secured server. All information is linked to the conveyor motor number which is used as the location reference on your line. The chain wear status is indicated with a visible color code for each of the conveyors in the line. For example, green - okay, yellow - 1 year left, red - replace now.
Annual update by experienced Application Engineering Team The wear status check up can be followed up on an annual basis. Our experienced application engineers will evaluate the status of all the conveyor chains & components and the data will be updated online.
